Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Meri Meri EU purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box and include the printed return slip provided during the online process.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
